But let's be honest;

I didn’t always have the answers. I struggled personally with the evolution of becoming a woman. I suffered from PMS, heavy painful periods, hormonal acne, irregular cycles, and dreaded the day my period would come. But no one ever taught me…

  • how my cycle actually work 

  • how to fix my heavy, painful periods

  • hot to heal my hormonal acne

  • how environmental toxins were adding to the problem

  • and that being a women didn’t need to be so difficult

I started searching for answers and felt nutrition was a good place to start. I received my Master's Degree in Nutrition for Wellness from Bastyr University in California, which opened my eyes to the wonderful world of holistic health. I took classes on therapeutic cooking, whole-foods production, macro & micro-nutrients, disease prevention, and learned from renowned naturopathic doctors and nutrition experts clarifying my path forward. I began to truly understand the foundation of living in tune with the body and mind.

I began to better understand the root cause of my period problems and health issues. I began to take action to reduce my PMS and painful periods. I learned to use better products to reduce my exposure of environmental toxins polluting not only my body but our Earth as well. And most of all, I began to learn how my body actually works and how to live aligned with my cycle and not continue to fight against it.

As a result, I began to heal. My periods were less painful, less heavy, and my skin cleared up. I found simple, non-toxic products to use for my home and on my body. I created simple meal guides to make shopping, prepping, and cooking easier and more manageable. And by truly understanding my entire hormonal cycle, I began to embrace every phase of my cycle, feel more energetic, eat better, sleep better, have better sex, achieve more goals, and just feel like an overall better human being.
