This is my go-to meal guide. I make some version of this bowl at least three times per week. This guide on how to build a healthy bowl includes all the parts of a complete meal: protein, vegetable, leafy green, starch, and a digestive. By including each of these categories your taste buds and stomach will feel completely satisfied. My favorite part of this guide is that I almost always have one item of each section on hand which helps me to quickly cook up a simple yet complete meal. The best part about it is that I can use my creativity to cook and each meal comes out a bit different, as a sculpture. This guide will help you build your confidence and sharpen your skills in the kitchen.
