We understand the complexity, struggles, and frustrations around body image, beauty, and health.   • Focus more on how your body feel, less on how it looks.

  • Buy clothes that actually fit you, not the other way around.

  • Verbalize and/or journal your negative thoughts, then rewrite a more gentle way of speaking to yourself.

  • Consume media that portrays a variety of beauty.

  • Realize its ok to love you body and also want to change it.
